This 100% stainless steel fermented chardonnay. Pale yellow in color, the aroma has undertones of cherry blossoms with tropical lime/coconut scents. The surprise is on the palate where you find citrus flavors of pineapple and mango but a touch of browned butter on the tip of your tongue. Complex, balanced acidity. Wonderful finish.
