71 % French oak, 15% Hungarian & 14% American (57% of the oak was new oak) aged 20 months. 

This blend of all estate fruit, has aromas of fig jam, fresh baked berry pie, and coffee beans. The palate is complex and creamy with a hint of Crème Brule and tobacco leaf with soft tannins on the finish. 163 cases produced
